Hi I’m Lauren!

I help small businesses get their time back, so they can focus on the work they actually love.

I'm a PMP-certified Senior Project Manager who's spent years managing programs for everyone from the small business down the street to household names you use every day. I've managed 30+ stakeholders, built systems from scratch, and kept complex operations running smoothly under tight deadlines.

But I spent a long time not knowing how to take those skills and build something of my own. Then I started paying attention. I watched my small business owner friends drown in admin work, brilliant, talented people spending their nights on email instead of doing what they're actually good at. It clicked: the same systems that kept my enterprise projects on track? Small businesses need them even more.

Now I'm bringing that expertise to solo entrepreneurs and small teams who need operational support without the full-time hire.

You didn't start your business to be buried in operations. You started it because you're great at something—and that something isn't managing your inbox at 9 pm. I get it. I've seen what happens when operations become the bottleneck instead of the backbone.

When you work with me, you're getting someone who thinks strategically, catches problems early, and builds systems that actually scale.

What I Bring:

✓ PMP-Certified PM with enterprise experience

✓ Expert in Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Google Workspace, and automation

✓ Currently building PM systems in Monday.com for my full-time organization

✓ Strategic thinking meets hands-on support

When I'm Not Working:

You'll find me at live music shows, trying new restaurants, or at the gym hitting PRs. (My back squat and deadlift are both over 300 lbs—I'm much better at lifting heavy things than sitting still.)

Ready to stop drowning in admin work and start building systems that actually work
