How I Can Help

Someone to run the project. Systems to run the rest.

I'm Lauren — a PMP & CSM-certified senior project manager with fifteen years running delivery for agencies and ecommerce teams. I bring that to businesses with one to ten people, who need real operational structure without hiring full-time.

Most owners didn't start a business to spend their nights buried in admin or chasing a project nobody's driving. There are two versions of that problem, and they need different things. Pick the one that sounds like your week.

PROJECT DELIVERY

There's a project, and nobody's driving it.

A launch. A replatform. A migration. A build with three vendors and a date you've quietly stopped believing. You don't need another tool — you need someone accountable for whether it lands.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

The business runs, but only because you're holding it together.

The inbox, the follow-ups, the process that exists only in your head. It works — right up until you take a week off. You need systems, not more hours.

Project Delivery

I run the work.

You get a project with an owner, a plan people believe, and your attention back.

Embedded Project Manager

Starting at $4,500/month · month-to-month

For when a project matters too much to keep managing in the margins of your day.

I step in as your project manager, not a consultant who hands you a plan and leaves. Your team gets someone to ask. Your vendors get someone to answer to. You stop being the bottleneck in your own project.

  • Weekly planning and one source of truth your team actually opens

  • Vendor and contractor coordination — developers, designers, agencies

  • Your recurring meetings, run properly: agendas, decisions, owners, follow-through

  • Risk and scope managed, so you hear about problems while they're still fixable

  • A weekly status update you can forward to anyone without editing it

  • Month one includes a full audit of where the project actually stands

Best for: a replatform, a launch, a migration, or any build with several vendors and nobody holding the middle.

Terms: month-to-month, 30 days' notice either side. When the project ends, so does the engagement.

Project Rescue Sprint

Starting at $6,000 · 4 to 6 weeks · 50% to book

Your project stalled. Nobody's quite sure where it actually stands, the timeline is fiction, and the team has quietly stopped asking about it.

In four to six weeks I get it moving again and hand it back to you running.

  • Week one: status reconstruction. What's actually done, what's actually left, what's actually blocking it. Usually the most valuable week.

  • A rebuilt plan with real dates, named owners, and honest dependencies

  • Direct coordination with your team and vendors to unblock what's stuck

  • A working tracker, with your team trained on it

  • Handoff: the plan, the open risks, and who owns what from here

Best for: a build that's drifted, a launch date you no longer believe, or a project that changed hands and lost the thread.

For agencies Need a senior PM on a project without adding headcount? I work white-label with a small number of agency partners — client-facing or behind the scenes, your process or mine. Fifteen years agency-side means no ramp-up on how your world works.

Operations Support

I build the systems

Then they run without either of us.

Operational Support Retainer

Starting at $1,200/month

Consistent monthly help with the operational work eating your week. An ongoing partner, not a one-off fix.

  • Email and inbox management

  • Calendar and meeting coordination

  • Project trackers and dashboards kept current

  • Team coordination and the follow-ups nobody has time for

  • Basic data cleanup — all scoped to your recurring needs

Best for: businesses that need someone in it every week, not once a quarter.

Systems Audit

Starting at $2,800

You know something's off. You're just not sure what, or what to fix first.

A full look at your tools, workflows, and processes — then a straight answer about where your time is actually going.

  • Discovery call and a review of everything you're currently running

  • A written report: what's working, what's broken, what it's costing you

  • Tool recommendations and a prioritized action plan

  • A presentation of the findings, so it doesn't just become another PDF you don't read

Best for: the moment before you spend money fixing the wrong thing.

Systems Build

Starting at $4,000

The processes living in your head, turned into something your business can actually run on.

Scoped to what you need — documented SOPs, a project management tool set up properly, or both together.

  • Discovery session and a process audit identifying the real bottlenecks

  • Documented SOPs your team can follow without asking you

  • PM tool selection, setup, and configuration — Asana, Monday, Jira, Airtable, or Notion

  • Custom templates, workflow setup, and basic automation

  • Team training, a user guide, and two rounds of revisions

  • Post-launch support available as an add-on

Best for: founders getting it out of their head, and teams preparing to hire, delegate, or scale.

Not ready for any of that?

Start small — three quick wins you can act on, one documented SOP, a deep dive on a single area, or one project template configured in the tool you already have. Starting at $500, done in one to two weeks.

Need something that isn't on this page?

Single SOPs, dashboard and tracker builds, process mapping, meeting facilitation. Tell me what you need and I'll quote it. Minimum project size $400.

“Lauren’s attention to detail is genuinely impressive. She was willing to tweak every word and refine every detail until it was exactly right, and that level of care made all the difference. What really stood out was that she didn’t just hand over a finished product and walk away. She made sure I fully understood how to go back in, make changes, and keep the site updated on my own whenever I needed to. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way for a small business owner. If you are looking for someone who will treat your business with the same care you do, I would highly recommend Lauren for any business or website needs.”

FAQs

What's the difference between the retainer and an embedded PM?

1

The retainer is ongoing operational support — inbox, calendar, trackers, coordination. An embedded PM owns a specific project end-to-end and is accountable for whether it lands. Different job, different level, different price.

Why don't you list full pricing?

2

Because the honest answer to "what does it cost" is "what does it involve." The starting numbers above are real floors, not bait — the call is fifteen minutes and you'll leave it with a number.

Can I do both tracks?

3

Yes, and some clients do — I run the launch while the retainer keeps everything else moving. Booked together, they're quoted as one engagement.

What if I don't know which track I need?

4

That's most people. Book the call and describe your week — I'll tell you which track fits, and I'll tell you if it's neither.
