How I Can Help
Whether you need ongoing support or a one-time project, I'll help you build systems that work and get your time back.
Most small business owners don't start their business to spend their nights buried in admin. But somewhere along the way, operations become the thing that eats every spare hour — the inbox, the follow-ups, the processes that only exist in your head, the project tool nobody actually uses.
That's where I come in. I provide operations support, process documentation, and project management systems for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs who need real operational structure without hiring full-time. Some clients want an ongoing partner who quietly keeps things running each month. Others need a specific fix — a systems audit, a set of documented SOPs, or a project management tool finally set up the right way.
Whatever stage you're in, there's a package below built for it. Not sure which? The quick guide further down will point you to the right starting place.
Still deciding? Start here.
→ Need consistent help each month? Start with the Operational Support Retainer
→ Want to test working together? Try a Quick-Start Package
→ Not sure what's broken? Get a Systems Audit
→ Ready to document your processes? Choose Process & Systems Optimization
→ Need a PM tool set up right? Go with PM System Implementation
Still unsure? Get in touch and we'll figure it out together.

I take on a limited number of clients at a time so each one gets real attention — and I currently have a few spots open. When you're ready to move forward, I'll let you know exactly when we can start before you commit to anything.

Consistent, reliable monthly help with the operational tasks eating your week — inbox, scheduling, project tracking, and follow-ups. Best for businesses that need an ongoing partner, not a one-off fix. $650/month (10-hour minimum). Includes email and inbox management, calendar and meeting coordination, project tracker and dashboard upkeep, team coordination and follow-ups, and basic data cleanup — all scoped to your recurring needs. Choose a 3, 6, or 12-month commitment.
-
A low-commitment way to test working together or knock out one specific, immediate need — fast. Best if you want a quick win before committing to anything bigger. $500–$600, 1–2 weeks. Options include a Quick Wins Assessment (three immediate improvements you can act on), a Single Process Build (one fully documented SOP), a Focused Systems Review (a deep dive on one area like onboarding or communications), or a PM Tool Quick Setup (one template configured in the tool you already use).
-
A comprehensive look at your current tools, workflows, and processes to find what's working, what's broken, and what to fix first. Best when you know something's off but not exactly what. $1,200, 3–4 weeks. Includes a discovery call, a full review of your tools and workflows, and a detailed audit report covering pain points and bottlenecks, cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, tool recommendations, and a prioritized action plan — plus a presentation of the findings.
-
Turn the processes living in your head into documented, repeatable systems your business can actually run on. Best for growing teams ready to standardize and delegate. $2,000, 4–6 weeks. Includes a discovery session, a process audit identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, up to five documented SOPs, tool recommendations with an implementation roadmap, and two rounds of revisions. Ideal for founders preparing to hire, delegate, or scale.
-
Get your project management tool set up right — configured, templated, and actually adopted by your team. Best if you've bought the tool but it's not working. $1,500, 4 weeks. Includes tool selection guidance (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Airtable, or Notion), complete setup and configuration, three to five custom templates, workflow setup with basic automation, a documentation and user guide, and a two-hour team training session. Post-launch support available as an add-on.

Need something specific that doesn't fit a package? Single SOPs, dashboard and tracker builds, process mapping, meeting facilitation, and more — quoted to scope. Best for a defined, standalone need. Single SOP creation starts at $400, dashboard and tracker builds at $500, process mapping at $600, and meeting facilitation at $150/hour. Minimum project size is $400. Tell me what you need and I'll quote it.
